Willpower Athletes products are decorated to order and fulfilled through Apliiq.

Production and delivery

Production takes place before shipping. Carrier transit time is separate from production time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is supplied when the shipment is dispatched. Items may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available destinations, delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Review the total before paying. Any eligible shipping promotion is applied at checkout. Contact us if the displayed rate does not match an advertised offer.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your address, size and color before ordering. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun; availability depends on the production stage. Please wait for confirmation rather than assuming your request has been accepted.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order with your order number, the affected item, a clear photograph and a brief description of the problem so we can investigate with our production partner. Keep the item and packaging until you receive instructions. We will explain the appropriate resolution after review. This reporting request does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Returns, sizing and exchanges

Our products are made to order. Please check each product's size information before purchasing. Apliiq does not automatically cover buyer-remorse returns, incorrectly selected sizes or incorrect delivery addresses. Contact Willpower Athletes to discuss your request before returning anything. Do not send items to the manufacturer or an address on the parcel without our instructions. We will confirm any applicable return authorization, address, costs and refund or exchange arrangements in writing. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Garment care

Follow the care label and the product-specific care information. Do not iron directly over printed or embroidered artwork. Fabric, fit and available sizes vary by garment.
